Dinner Party

Friday night we made a Surf N' Turf Dinner for four couples, the dinner was purchased from the Bethel CRC auction as part of a fundraiser for Christian education!

On the menu:

• Appetizers of fresh mozzarella with ripe tomatoes, drizzled with balsamic vinegar, on toasted French garlic bread, along with fresh cut veggies.
• Main course of marinated sirloin with herb butter, lobster tail and scallops, and hand breaded shrimp, and a twice baked potato with bacon!  Soooo goooood!
• We finished off the evening with bananas foster and vanilla bean ice cream.  I mean who doesn't love a little pyrotechnics with dinner?!

We had a great time and look forward to our next event!  Thank you to the couples that donated for Christian Education!
