Filet Mignon

The weather in Iowa is still pretty wintry, and Friday night it was rainy/icy, but that didn't stop Brent from firing up the grill and whipping up this delicious filet mignon! 
The baked potato and green beans were the perfect compliment to the steak.  Let's just say we were all members of the clean plate club that night!
