Pork Chops, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, and Chipotle Sweet Potatoes
When the temperature is above 32 degrees, you gotta grill out! Marinated pork chops, roasted garlic brussel sprouts, and chipotle sweet potatoes.
For the brussel sprouts, we cut the sprouts in half, tossed them in olive oil and garlic powder, and roasted them in the oven, turning over halfway through.
Doesn't that look delicious?!
For the sweet potatoes, it was about as easy as it could get. Picked up of one these containers from Fareway and just followed the directions. So yummy!
